hahaz.. my team debut.. and i twisted my ankle juz after around 30mins of play..
i only got myself to blame.. couldnt control my sprint.. i juz run and run and run.. dun care whether out or not..
i was chasing the ball.. i juz sprint... den cannot control my speed liaos.. lost control.. fall down.. den on the ground dunno turn how many rounds sia.. at 1st still can go back play.. den after a while.. really cannot tahan.. limp off the field.. and look at my team struggle wif 10 men.. ARGH!!!!
the sub came only at half-time..
the game ended 12-8.. we lost.. hahaz.. my team debut.. and i twisted my ankle.. October really a very bad month for me.. chain of injuries.. injury after injury... when will i be fully fit again this time?? ARGH!!!!!!!
