phew.. today i woke up for Mr Kuan training.. reached dere too early.. den after some warm ups.. we ran from punggol park to punggol temple dere.. wtf!!! very far lor.. den on the returning trip.. Mr Kuan came.. and on my mind.. WTF!!! so fast.. den he actually caught up wif me.. WTF!!! cannot lar.. after he overtake me.. i push myself over the limits.. and overtook him.. den at the bridge.. waoh cannot lar.. the bridge.. ARGH!!! push myself even more.. den when going down.. kuan slowed down lo.. he oso asked me to slow down le.. BUT!!! cannot..!! MUST PUSH MORE!!! so i run all the way back to Punggol Park.. when i reached dere.. the 4 Sec2 gone.. lol.. dunno where dey go slack le lar.. den kuan asked to go 1st.. hehex.. i won him.. =) den back home.. need to form a team of 4 to run for school.. total 6km or 10km.. den got school relay.. the team of 4 will be seprated 2,2.. each person will run 3km den pass the chip to the other person.. who wan join..
